I get it, being a teen in this day and age is really a no walk in the park.
Between school, extracurricular activities, and just trying to fit in, you've got a lot on your plate.
And then there's the whole relationship thing–friends, family, partners–that can be really messy and sometimes even suck!
Feels like a bit too much, right? But that's where I come in.
As your Teen Relationship Coach, I offer one-to-one sessions to help you understand the dynamics of building and maintaining healthy relationships.
We are relational creatures. We need a strong cohort of friends and family that will have our backs in times of trouble and be there to help celebrate our victories.

Conflict Resolution Skills
Fight with your BFF? Argument with your parents?
It happens to the best of us. But trust me, the silent treatment or a shouting match isn’t going to cut it.
Together, we'll work on strategies to manage these situations and explore things like active listening, empathy, and negotiation.
It's all about finding a middle ground where everyone feels heard and respected. No drama, just solutions.
Ever feel like you're talking but nobody's listening? Or maybe you’re not sure how to put your feelings into words without causing a major storm?
I get it, it can be tough.
But here's the good news–communication is a skill and like any skill–it can be learned!
We'll practice expressing thoughts and feelings effectively. 'Cause it’s not just about what you say–but how you say it.
We’ll work on your tone, your body language, and even those pesky non-verbal cues. And before you know it, you'll be getting your point across like a pro!
Self-Esteem and Confidence Building
Let's talk about you now. Yeah, YOU!
You're pretty awesome (heck yeah!) but sometimes it can be hard to see that, right?
We all have those moments of self-doubt, but the trick is to not let them define us! We'll focus on helping you love yourself and boosting your confidence in your interactions as well as celebrate your strengths, work on the areas you want to improve and learn to silence your inner critic.
Remember, confidence isn't just about being the loudest in the room; it's about knowing your worth and not being afraid to show it!
I know…we all need our space–both physically and emotionally. That's where boundaries come in.
But what do healthy ones look like? How do you enforce them without coming off as rude or uncaring? Well, that's something we'll explore together!
We’ll talk about your comfort zones, what’s OKAY and what’s NOT, and how to communicate this to others. It's all about RESPECT–for yourself and those around you.
